Nothing to complain about, the venue met all required needs, can't recommend it highly enough it. Location: the hotel was so close to the Laguna de las Ilusiones, very nice area for a walk, and several restaurants, a shopping center. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Must Mixology Bar.

The rooms here are really cozy and impressive. They have nice bathrooms that are super comfy. Plus, there's coffee available, which is a nice touch. the staff is excellent and very welcoming. 😊

We were pleasantly surprised by the speed of check-in and check-out, and the spaciousness and comfort of our room and bathroom. The pool was a lovely place to relax, and the gym had everything we needed for a basic workout. The location near the lagoon and various restaurants and a shopping center was perfect for exploring.

We felt well taken care of during our stay, with nothing being too much trouble.
